How to use • In the shower, wet skin and lather the bar in hands or on a bath net. • Apply foam to target areas (bum/hips, bikini line edges, inner thighs, elbows, knees). • Use the concave side of the heart to gently massage from hips toward thighs. • Massage 30–60 seconds, then rinse thoroughly. • Start 3–4×/week; increase to daily if skin tolerates.
